Our contact form collects your name, email address and business name, plus a phone number and message if you provide them.

AI Growth Chat processes the messages you send, including business type, scale, platforms, revenue, challenges, location and any contact details you share. Completed assessments are saved with business details, a summary and the conversation. Outside-India-and-UAE enquiries are saved as soon as that location is identified, even if you provide no contact details or leave immediately; later contact details update the same enquiry. Not every incomplete in-region chat is saved as an enquiry.

Chat messages are processed by an AI service provider through Lovable's AI gateway to generate replies and extract enquiry details. The current integrations use Google and OpenAI models. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information or information you are not authorised to share.

We use information you share to respond to enquiries, assess whether our services are a fit, deliver agreed services and follow up with you.

WhatsApp links on this site open WhatsApp so you can contact us. Messages you send there are handled through WhatsApp, under its own terms and privacy policy. Opening a link is separate from submitting our contact form or using AI Growth Chat.

We use Lovable Cloud to host and store enquiry data and AI service providers to process chat messages. These providers process information to support the website and chat, and their own processing, logging and retention practices may also apply.

We use the analytics built into our website hosting to see how the site is used, such as visitor counts, pages viewed, referring sites, device type and country. We do not use advertising pixels on this website. Hosting and service providers may also process technical information to operate their services.

We do not sell personal data.

We keep information for as long as needed for the enquiry or service, or as the law requires.
