These terms apply to the Scalyon website and its general information. Scalyon is operated by Scalyon Private Limited, GSTIN 33ABSCS3121L1Z4, with its registered office at 2G, Second Floor, Sai Sruti Commercial Complex, No 3, Ramar Kovil Street, Ram Nagar, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu 641009, India. We also have a presence in Dubai, UAE.

Scalyon provides growth and operations support, including aggregator and OTA optimisation, operational improvement and account support. Third-party platforms make their own decisions. Results, visibility and rankings cannot be guaranteed.

The stated 30%+ revenue uplift is an average, not a promise of results for any individual business.

Fees, service scope, deliverables and any other client-specific commitments are agreed in writing with each client. Website information does not replace that written agreement.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, appropriate permissions and access, and timely cooperation. Clients must have the right to share any information or materials they provide and remain responsible for their business operations and compliance with applicable law.

Use of delivery, travel, marketplace, WhatsApp and other third-party platforms is subject to those platforms' own terms, policies and decisions. Scalyon does not control them or guarantee their availability or actions.

AI chat replies are general information, may contain errors and are not a binding service commitment or a guarantee of results. Confirm important details with our team before relying on a reply or making business decisions.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Scalyon is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits or losses arising from third-party platform decisions or reliance on general website or AI chat information. Any liability relating to agreed services is subject to the written client agreement and applicable law. These terms do not exclude any liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
